We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or replacement under the terms below.
30-Day Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (if applicable).
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, AlBurj will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns requested for any other reason, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
